SportChartz does not accept or place wagers. We are not a gambling operator, sportsbook, or betting platform. Any odds or spread data displayed is sourced from publicly available third-party information and is provided for analytical and educational purposes only.

The community chat is a shared space. You agree not to post or share content that:
Is abusive, threatening, harassing, or intimidating toward other users
Contains hate speech, discrimination, or slurs based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics
Is sexually explicit or pornographic
Contains personal information of others without their consent (doxxing)
Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation
Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights
Promotes illegal gambling or facilitates illegal betting activity
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You retain ownership of content you post in the community chat (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant SportChartz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your User Content as necessary to operate the Service.
If you delete your account, your User Content will be anonymized (your name replaced with “Deleted User”) but the text may remain visible to preserve conversation context for other users.
All other content on the Service — including charts, technical analysis, AI-generated articles, data visualizations, design, and software — is owned by SportChartz or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., saving a chart screenshot for your own reference).
Game analysis articles are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. These articles are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPORTCHARTZ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Financial losses from betting or gambling decisions
Loss of data or content
Service interruptions or downtime
Errors in analytics, charts, or AI-generated content
Unauthorized access to your account
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Arizona.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
For claims of $10,000 or less, either party may choose to resolve the dispute in small claims court instead of arbitration.
